Santa Rosa Symphony Youth Orchestra member performing at a Free Concert for Youth Institute for Music Education Santa Rosa Symphony’s education programs have been an integral part of the Symphony’s mission and focus for more than 70 years. The Institute serves 30,000 youth annually, providing young musicians and life-long learners many free and low-cost ways to gain valu- able skills, enhance their existing musicianship and deepen their appreciation of classical music. Going above and beyond training musicians, the Institute’s vital community initia- tives and school partnerships contribute to personal empowerment and scholastic success while increasing access to the arts.
