Ways to Give

A Symphony of Support in Three Movements

I   Stradivarius Society: members make annual gifts
II   Encore Society: members have made an outright gift of $5,000 or more to the Endowment
III   Heritage Society: members have included the Symphony in their estate plans

About the Stradivarius Society

The name Stradivarius has become a superlative often associated with excellence. The Stradivarius Society members provide annual donations that ensure the Santa Rosa Symphony maintains perfect pitch year-round. With gifts ranging in size from $500 to $100,000, this society reflects the breadth of community involvement and investment in the Santa Rosa Symphony.

Every year the Symphony must seek charitable contributions from all segments of our community to cover the cost of making music and educating our children. We are especially reliant on the support of our subscribers who share our commitment to excellence and accessibility.

Approximately 45% of our operating budget comes from the generosity of our patrons, community organizations and local and regional business leaders. This helps keep ticket prices reasonable, provides musical education to Sonoma County students, and allows us to pay our beloved musicians a competitive wage.

Won’t you give today and see your gift at work on the concert stage and in the community?

About the Encore Society

Encore Society members have made an outright gift of $5,000 or more to the Endowment Fund over and above their Annual Donation. We rely on the Endowment to provide the ongoing and long-term resources required to remain artistically adventurous, financially strong and organizationally vibrant.

High Profile Naming Opportunities have been designed for Encore Society and Heritage Society members. Orchestral chairs or music programs are ideal ways to celebrate, commemorate, memorialize and honor those we love or to leave a personal legacy to the greater community.

Encore Society members are recognized and honored in the program book and at invitation-only annual functions.

The Santa Rosa Symphony has a variety of endowing opportunities that can be crafted according to the wishes of Encore Society members. Consider how these choices best fit your individual needs and goals: Endow A Musician's Chair

About Legacy Giving (Heritage Society)

Heritage Society members have identified the Santa Rosa Symphony as the best partner in the creation of a personal legacy. They share the Symphony’s philosophy that everyone in our community, no matter what their age or income level, deserves to have music in their lives. Heritage Society members are helping us fulfill this vision by making a gift through their will, living trust or other plans and have notified the Symphony in writing of their intentions.

Is this the right time for you to consider making a gift that will ensure the Santa Rosa Symphony’s extraordinary performances, education and outreach programs will be available to our community well into the future? If so, please give us a call to start one of the most important conversations you may ever have.
