With 18 years of experience in the industry, he brings a unique artisan style of Asian and Western fusion, incorporating local and seasonal ingredients to Prelude.

Worked in esteemed restaurants such as the Des Moines Embassy Club 1947 with Chef Michael Lavalle; Lao Zheng Xing (since 1862) in Shanghai. His experience also extends to hotels like Hotel Four Points, Sheraton, Embassy Suites and Graton Casino in Sonoma County.

Chef Alex delivers culinary harmony, balancing yin and yang in his food. His innovative dishes offer exceptional taste while promoting optimal health and vitality.
