The Santa Rosa Symphony (SRS) is committed to respecting your privacy and recognizes your need for appropriate protection and management of any personally identifiable information you share with us. The SRS has established this Privacy Policy to let you know what information we may collect from you on the publicly available portion of srsymphony.org and through various other interactions with you, and how we may use and share that information. By using the Site and/or providing us personal information, you agree to accept the terms of our Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy applies to information that we collect on this site and to information that we may collect by other “offline” means, including, without limitation, sales calls and other business transactions.

If you are a registered user of SRS online, we may combine information about your use of srsymphony.org with other information we have about you as a SRS customer as well as information available from external sources, such as census bureau data, in order to customize your online experience and present you with relevant online and offline offers and updates.

We may use information you have given us to, for example, ensure proper billing, measure interest and inform you about the SRS. If you have provided your email address, we may send you email offers. The SRS provides customers with an easy means to decline receiving E-mail offers. Although some customers tell us they appreciate receiving notice of these carefully designed opportunities, we recognize the importance of providing you with choices. At any time, you may request to discontinue receiving these offers from us by simply replying to the E-mail and informing us of your preferences. All E-mail offers that you receive from the SRS will inform you of how to decline receiving further E-mail offers. You may submit a request to decline receiving further E-Mail offers online at any time.

Children

We do not knowingly collect personal Information from anyone under 13 years of age. If we become aware that we have unknowingly collected personal information from a child under the age of 13, we will make reasonable efforts to delete such information from our database.

Account

If you become a SRS patron, you will be able to access your account through the website with a unique password. Your access to and use of our website, together with all other aspects of your relationship as patron will be governed by your agreement with the SRS. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account, and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your password or account.
