Volunteering Opportunities

The Santa Rosa Symphony relies on volunteers for numerous activities, and volunteer opportunities exist in many areas. Without volunteer support, time and effort, the Symphony would not be able to implement its many programs. If you would like to be a part of the Santa Rosa Symphony, contact us at (707) 546-7097 x218 or email.
The Symphony League of Volunteers
The Santa Rosa Symphony League is a volunteer support organization with over 200 members committed to supporting the Symphony’s music education and artistic programs. They support the Symphony through fundraising events, office assistance, and providing rehearsal snacks and meals for our orchestra members. Administrative Volunteers
Year-round volunteer opportunities for administrative support are needed from time-to-time. Opportunities could include mailings, special marketing projects, and filing. To inquire about volunteer openings, please contact Brenda Fox, Director of Marketing & Patron Services at bfox@srsymphony.org.
Music Education Volunteers
Music Education volunteers assist us in welcoming school groups at Weill Hall for our Free Concerts for Youth. There are limited opportunities to assist with administrative tasks and music library support. We also offer opportunities for young musicians to volunteer as mentors in the classroom with Simply Strings students and during our Summer Music Academy.
To volunteer, please contact, Ella Steinberg, Director of Education & Community Engagement at esteinberg@srsymphony.org.
