The Santa Rosa Symphony relies on volunteers for numerous activities, and volunteer opportunities exist in many areas. Without volunteer support, time and effort, the Symphony would not be able to implement its many programs. The Symphony League of Volunteers

The Santa Rosa Symphony League is a volunteer support organization with over 200 members committed to supporting the Symphony’s music education and artistic programs. They support the Symphony through fundraising events, office assistance, and providing rehearsal snacks and meals for our orchestra members. Symphony Concert Volunteers

Concert volunteers assist with guest artist CD sales, on-site Box Office support, program stuffing, and guest artist logistics and transportation. To volunteer, please contact, Brenda Fox, Director or Marketing & Patron Services at bfox@srsymphony.org.

Administrative Volunteers

Year-round opportunities exist for administrative support such as copying sheet music, mailings, special marketing projects, concert program advertising sales and Music Library assistance. To volunteer, please contact Brenda Fox, Director of Marketing & Patron Services at bfox@srsymphony.org.

Music Education Volunteers

Music Education volunteers assist with our Elementary School Listening Program, provide administrative support for our Free Concerts for Youth. There are limited opportunities to volunteer as adult mentors in the classroom with Simply Strings students after school as they gain musicianship skills and learn to play the violin.
