Party on the Lawn – Beethoven BBQ

To top off the concert experience, immediately following the performance, there will be a lively no-host Beethoven BBQ on the lawn adjacent to the hall. Mingle with Maestro Lecce-Chong, meet orchestra musicians, and connect with other concertgoers – it’ll be a blast!

The BBQ is open to all Road to 100 ticket holders and will feature an eclectic assortment of food trucks, including:

What beverages will be available?

One complimentary alcoholic beverage per person included (must be 21+). This year featuring HenHouse Brewing Co., William Knuttel Winery, Wine Spies, Deerfield Ranch Winery and Dry Creek Vineyard.

No outside alcoholic beverages allowed. No alcoholic beverages will be sold during this event. Food trucks will have water and soda for sale.

Is the cost of the food trucks included in the ticket?

No. This is a no host event.

Will there be concessions available in the lobby?

Yes! Concessions will be open in the lobby prior to the concert and during intermission. Concessions will not be open during the BBQ.

Will the Private Reserve Club room be open?

No. The room will be closed at intermission and following the concert.

Will the back of the hall be open for outside seating during the concert?

No. Seating for the concert is indoor only.

Who is invited to the Beethoven BBQ and do I need to RSVP?

The Beethoven BBQ is open to Road to 100 concert ticketholders. No need to RSVP. The event is not open to the public.

What time does the Beethoven BBQ begin?

Immediately following the concert. We estimate the concert will be over by 4:45 pm. Food trucks will be open 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm. Hours may change.

Where will the Beethoven BBQ party take place?

On Weill Lawn, adjacent to Weill Hall. There will be limited tables and chairs available on a first come, first served basis. Feel free to bring your own chairs or blanket.

Where will the food trucks be located?

The food trucks will be located in the drop off zone located in front of the box office in the roundabout, where buses drop off patrons prior to a concert.

What should I bring?

If you like, you can bring your own picnic. Please bring lawn chairs or a blanket to sit on. You can put your lawn chairs on the lawn prior to the concert or retrieve them from your car afterwards. Please note, there is no security for this event and the Santa Rosa Symphony is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
