Extended Care
This year we are offering an Extended Care program for full-day students one hour before classes begin (8:00 am – 9:00 am) and 2 ½ hours after classes end (3:00 pm – 5:15 pm). Students may not be dropped off early because of lack of supervision and late pick-ups will result in a fee of $1.00 per minute starting at 5:20 p.m. due to increased staffing costs. Parents will be billed at the end of the week for extra charges, which are due and payable upon receipt. More than three late pickups may result in withdrawal of student in the Extended Care program. Extended Care is not available to ½ day students in the Kinder Violin program or one-week Chamber/Jazz Intensives.
Extended Care Cost: $225.00 total (3-week before and after care)
Financial Assistance
Need-based financial aid is available for Summer Music Academy. The deadline to apply for financial aid is June 1, 2026. Applications received after this will be reviewed based on the availability of financial aid funds. Only one financial aid application is required per student for all programs they participate in that season. Families that complete financial aid applications for Summer Music Academy do not need to apply again in the fall. Families who receive 100% Financial Aid are still required to pay a $50 administrative fee.
